Does the facility booking have an option where registered members can view what facilities are available but can not see who has booked the facility. I want to use it with volunteers but I don't want them to be able to view who has facility. Thank you.

No, currently they will be able to see who has the booking.

Maybe you might want to take a look at the Events Calendar and Registration module?
