the "Register" link on registration page is grayed out, but the "return" link to list View works fine. My customers are complaining they cannot register online. I tried reusing my activation key and it fails. I have sent you an email and waiting to hear from you.
Please resend the activation code ASAP and help me resolve this issue ASAP.

We've already replied your email as your license was already activated. You do not need to reactivate it again, and your standard edition license only allow you activate once only.
