I have a few question / bugs / features I need clarification on.

1. When I use the registration manager to confirm or remove a registration the user does not get the status change email. Am I missing something or is this a bug? I have the option ‘Send notification email on status changed’ checked under main setting.

2. For the Customer Properties is it possible to have a property that only the administrator can update. There is some additional information we want the admin to track after someone registers but we don’t want the end user to see that on the form during registration.

3. I would be nice if the registration manager did not show two registrations. One for the person who registered that actual attendee and then the attendee registration right below it. There must be a better way.

4. Drag and drop to sort report columns would be very helpful so you don’t have to order them by number. Same thing with custom properties.

5. When you update a custom property and then go back to it, it still shows the old properties and not the updated properties. The database has been updated. Is seems to be a cache issue. If I close the browser and open it again it seem to be fine.

6. The ability to use only custom properties (fields) in the registration form would be very helpful. Right now you are forced to use the first and last name, email address, phone and fax. And you can’t reorder those standard fields unless you change the .aspx file which is then modification.

7. It would be nice to support checkboxes and radio buttons as custom properties.

8. The ability to make a dropdown list be required when the default value matches the top selection in the dropdown list. This does not seem to work now.

9. The ability to populate the custom properties with user profile properties would be very useful. Then we could pre-populate the form for the user with most of the required fields from their user profile.

10. From the end user registration manager the event link does not work. It opens a new tab with a blank screen. It would also be nice if we could customize the layout of the the ends user and admin registration manager screens.

1. Once you configured the email template at the View Options and Main Settings, the email should be auto sent. If you do not get the email, check the Admin >> Event Viewer, any error sending out emails?

2. Good feature to have, we will enhance this part in the future.

3. This has been enhanced, the new version comes with two different views: Overview, and Attendee View

4. Good to have. However the new upcoming version supports sorting by the column header, as well as you can customize the header for the attendee view.

5. Fixed this in the new update already.

6. Yes, these are basic info we need to caputre for an attendee. You now can remove the Fax field in the new update.

7. We will enhance the Custom Properties feature.

8. Good to have.

9. Good to have.

10. Which event link does not work? We will see how to make it flexible to allow user to customize the reg manager screen.

Thanks

Thanks for the information. Still have issue #1 unresolved.

I have the option ‘Send notification email on status changed’ checked on the main settings page. I not sure what you mean by the 'View Options' area / settings. When I go into the admin registration manager and approve or delete a registration it does not send the email. When the user registers thay do get an email. There is nothing in the event log. More help would be appricated. See attached images.

As for #10 this happens when you click the the event title in the 'User view of the Registration Manager' it open a new tab but nothing shows up on that tab except the skin of our website. See attached images.

Can't seem to attached the images files. How do I get those files to you?

Is there any error if you check Admin >> Event Viewer during the time when you confirm the event?

The email issue is fixed. It was sending the email to a invalid email address. I was confused about how it was working. Thanks for the help. The other issue is still a problem.

What is the other issue?

If the link on the Reg Manager does not work, can you show me the screen shot when you mouse over the link, what it says in IE status bar? (usually it display the address to which it is linked.)

Can you give me ascreen shot on this?

Go to Host >> Module Definitions, click on the little pencil on the left of Event Calendar module.

I want to see the the control listing, so you need to scroll to the bottom of the page. Let me see that and I will know what's the problem.

Thanks.

I assume this is a version > 3.0.3 that I currently have? Looks like you attached 3.0.7 ot 3.0.8 of the DNN 4 version, correct. Will I get the same version for DNN 5?

Well.

Do you think it is possible to re-install the module? (Uninstall all 5 modules first).

Under the Attendee's view, you can choose what to be shown in the data grid.

However, for Overview, it is fixed.

You still can't click on the View Options, and View Details link?
