I'm sorry if this has been answered before, but I cannot find it in the forums.

If I want to install the Calendar product in one install of DNN and allow people to register for classes, do I need to get the $139 version with registration or will the lesser expensive Standard edition work for $69? I assume so, I just don't want to pay too much if I don't have to.

If you need to allow people to Register for your class, then you need the Events Claendar & Registration (at least standard edition). so it will be $139.

The basic Events Calendar does not support Registration feature, it only allows you to manage events in the calendar format.
