So, is there no way for the user who is adding the event to enter in the venue detail info such as the address? The way it looks only admins can do this under 'Manage Event Venues'. Shouldn't the users be able to enter in this info when they are adding the event?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

You are right.

Normal user is able to add event info, and just the venue name. But if you want to have more detail for venue info, you need at least Edit permision to the module.

I have gone through all of the settings options and don't see this anywhere where I can edit the permissions to let the user add/update the venue details. Can you please let me know how to do this?

Jamie,

Currently you need to grant user Edit permission to the module itself in order to to allow them to edit the venue info. (it is under the settings for the module itself)

However, in this way, you also open up other permission to the user (you may want to check on this before you change it).
