I am evaluating this product for our company and need to understand if your product supports custom named portals. Typically portals when created are assigned just a unique number that follows a sequence (0,1,2,3,...). We have chosen to actually give names to each of our portals to make administration a bit easier on us.

sorry but we are not sure how your custom named portals work, I would suggest you to download a copy, install it on your site, to see if that works for you.
It takes less than 3 minutes to do so.
