Hello again, Our registrations are going great guns and I am now looking into the reporting side of things: - Is there a report that can provide me with the number of delegates that have registered for each event (e.g. 40 seats available, 12 left and list of all the delegates). I believe I can do this with the excel CSV export but was wondering if there was something out of the box that I can check so often - Is there a way to display how many seats are left per event? If availability has been set in the event how will the people who attempt to register be informed if there is no availability left? (is there a popup warning or something like this)? Thanks Fabie |

Fabie, 1. All the information you needed can be displayed using Tokens. (Please refer to the Token guide in your user guide, available at Download page). 2. There is also token for Available Seats Left. When the seats are all taken up, you can choose to display [EVENTFULLMESSAGE], so users will see there is no more seats. And they cannot register. 3. The concern is, if you change the template at View Options to display all the data using tokens, ALL users will be able to see that data.

4. So, if you want the data shown to yourself only, you can create another page with Calendar module, and at Main Settings, link to the original calendar, and display using the changed template. So, only you can view those events (with different template to display more data) on this new page. |

I tried your method # 4. But when viewing the Admin Calendar and then clicking on the event details, it takes you to the Original Calendar event details and uses the original Details view template instead of the newly configured Admin Details View Template... By "Linking" to the original Calendar, I interpreted that to mean under Main Settings set display events from only the original calendar.

Yes. At least I thought that was what you were recommending in your post above on 07 Jun 2010 02:34 PM as a way to have an Admin be able to view attendees and available seats that regular users wouldn't be able to see. |

Chad, I am adding a feature like this: In the View Options template, you are allowed to add one more template for selected User Roles to view only. In this case, you can add the Attendees data for Admin users to view by using this special template. (You view it on the same module) |
