Is there a way to increase the amount of text that can be shown in the pop up before it removes the HTML tags from it?

If not through options, where would I find it in the source? I can see the link created for the popup, and that the tokens are replaced and literal data is bound, but I can't seem to find where it replaces the html tags.

The popup should not replace your html tags.

However, prior to v4.0, due to database restriction, you can only save up to 2000 characters for the template.

in v4.0, we are able to store up to 10000 characters in the template.
