Duplicate Email notification not received

Hi
I am using Event calender 4.0.0 in my client site
I have enabled "Send email upon event registration", "Also send duplicate email to event owner" and also applied my mail address for "Upon Registration, Send Duplicate Email To" in the Manage Email Notification option.
when the user register for an event the event owner and the registered user has recieved the mail but i did not recieve the duplicate email.
Can you please give me a fix for it.

Hi,
The email should be under BCC. can you check again? such as junk folder..
Please also check if you have any error under Admin >> Event Viewer?

Yes i checked in my junk folder but no mails. Also checked the event viewer but it has no error related to events calender.
Let me know if you need access to my site to check.

Is there anywhere in the module Admin views that one can see the list of attendees. or is it just relying on emails which is clearly not working all the time.

Hi Salar,
Yes, you can view attendees from Registration Manager in the main calendar module.
Or you also can view from Events Calendar Attendance module.
