we bought the Eventcalendar and Registration modul an we are very happy with it.
Now we changed our hardware and transfert the website to a new provider. The Modul is now not activated.
How can a reactivate the modul? Its very urgent.

we tried to activate the module through your activation licence with the Invoice number from Snowcovered and the Serverdata from our portal in the licence section.

The message was that you can't activate the licence again.

We only changed the Hardware and Provider - it isnt a new installation

Please give me a way to reactivate the module or activate it by yourself its very urgent
