Hi.

I have a satellite module here:
http://www.diannejenkins.com.au/EducationMenu/EventSchedule.aspx


and the main calendar module here:

http://www.diannejenkins.com.au/EducationMenu/EventCalendar.aspx




Both are set to be unchecked for Payments in Test Mode, however when I get to the payment page all I see is:

Pay Online

Event Title:
Event Date:
Total:
TEST MODE FOR PAYMENT
Return Make Offline Payment



Event title, date & total are blank

TEST MODE FOR PAYMENT appears.
Offline Payment shouldn't be displayed.

I have set both the satellite & main calendar to use http://www.diannejenkins.com.au/EducationMenu/EventPayments.aspx as payment page.

Have I done something wrong?

I am running v 3.1 and am having this problem. I've attempted to register for an event to test payment gateway with "Payment is in Test Mode" box both checked and unchecked in the Main Settings>Event Registration & Payment area. I need to straighten this out quickly. Thanks.

Hi,

If you go to the Payment page directly, it will always display as Test Payment.

The only way you can go to Payment page is by registering an event, and then you will be redirected to the payment page with parameters. You need those parameters to make it work.

Each time the message has appeared, I am doing full usability testing by actively registering for the event and I still get the message. I am logged in at host level. I will say that the one difference is that on the event registration page, there is now a link that says "proceed to payment" that wasn't there previously.

Are you willing to log in as an admin and get this fixed up?

I am very confident there is no problem for the module on the payment module. It must be a configuration problem.

Yes, can you share the URL?
