The default list view template for ECR v4.0 is changed to include a 500px height scroll, if you have more events, you will see those events displayed in a scroll inline frame.

But if you have less events displayed in the list view, you will see the space occupied for the list view is too height while nothing is displayed. (in certain browser only).

The solution is: To remove the 500px inline scroll. Follow the steps to change the template in the reply below.

Change the Header template for list view:

<div style="padding-top: 10px; border-bottom: 1px dotted;"></div>

Change the Footer template for the list view:

(yes, it means empty Footer template, remove the default </div>

Hi,

When using the satelitte module to display a event list in IE8 you will see a huge white gap between the first item and the second, but not between any other items. It seems that in the template header there is a div missing its closing brace. that will clean it up. the line is
<div style="overflow:auto; overflow-x:hidden; height:500px;"

add the closing brace
<div style="overflow:auto; overflow-x:hidden; height:500px;">
and all is well again
