I think there are a bug.
I use two different emails and click save. After, I return to mail notification email, and the two emails are the same (to 1).

You are right.
The send approval email does not save correctly. we have now corrected this error.

Hi,
Do you have some DNN installation where the public can to test the email setting (about the "email from")?
In my DNN installation (at GoDaddy) I have to setup the "email from" always.
En the ECG module each time that a user add a new event, the administrator have to receive an email to approve this event. But, the email never arrive to the administrator. The log viewer show something about Mail Box Not Allowed.
In my situation, the "email from" is always the user email. That is an error or the "email from" in Notification Setting can be use for all the emails?

Which version did you install, please try v4.0.3, it should use the email you provided at the Manage Email Notifications page.
