Hi, Im using Events Calendar version 4 and am wanting to send a new event notification email to the additional emails i have in the additional emails window separated by a ;

The emails are not being delivered. I have checked my host smtp which works and i have also checked the log file for errors, also ensured the service is running. Can you advice please.

Simon,

1. Please check and make sure you have email templates configured at Email Notifications, and Main Settings.

2. Please check your Spam folder for the emails.

Thanks for this. Ive now changed a few settings and have managed to recieve an email from the system. all the additional emails i have listed give the following error:
simon@slimcomputers.co.uk: The specified string is not in the form required for an e-mail address.

Can you advice please

Did you separate the emails with a ";"?

Thanks for this. Is there any way to increase this. I have 1114 email addresses I need to send out to on a global list? any suggestions would be great.

Simon,

I think for that amount of emails, it is better to use following options.

1. Use a professional mass mail program.
2. Add emails to a user role, and then click the User Role when creating the event.

The events creation with notification email was not designed to handle that many of emails.
