I'm having trouble with displaying events from other calendars. In "Main Settings", there are two checkboxes beside "Also Display Events for Module(s):" - one for the calendar that I'm editing settings for, and one for another calendar on the portal. When I check the box for the other calendar on the portal, events from that calendar do indeed show up, but events for the calendar itself stop displaying. In addition, when I go back to "Main Settings", I find both checkboxes checked (instead of just the box for the other calendar).

Another unrelated question. How can I set up permissions so that users can edit someone else's event? Is the only way to do this to give them "edit" permissions to the module? That's what I've done in the past, but it's resulted several times in users deleting the entire module with the DNN "Delete" link at the bottom of the module.

Many thanks.

Hi,

1. Can you check the categories permission of the events? it is now showing maybe due to permission issue.

2. in latest v4.0.3, yes, there is a feature to specify a user role to allow Edit all events. instead of giving edit permissions.
So, if you are not using v4.0.3, please upgrade. (It is a free upgrade to v4.0 users)

All categories are available to all users. Do you have any other suggestions?

No other suggestions by now.

Please provide either following, to support @ invenmanager.com.
1. Admin user login to your URL.
2. Or screen shots of your settings, and module.

Stanley,

I login to your website, can I know which event should be shown but it is not?

As I can see many events are displayed on Planning Calendar once I checked to display both calendar events at the Main Settings.

Gary - I must be going crazy. It behaves as expected now, but I could not make it behave this way before. Oh well, all is well. Thank you for your prompt attention as always. Your support of your products is excellent.
