This is the second time now that I have opened my website to see the following error message in place of events for the Satellite Module. I have to recreate the module to fix the problem.

The process cannot access the file 'E:\Inetpub\DNNweb\Website\desktopmodules\eventscalendar\templates\906\itemtemplate.txt' because it is being used by another process.

Do you have a solution to this?

I'm having the same problem - about 3 times a week I have to re-enter the Item Detail Template settings in the satellite module. I can't seem to find any pattern that causes it.
