Gary,
I know I asked about this last year, and I've run across it again with my new client. We have a page that shows a bio of a teacher and all their talks. The page receives a TeacherID on the URL to know what teacher to display and uses the same ID to find the talks they have given. We would also like this page to display their upcoming speaking engagements.
We've created categories for each of the teachers, so I can use a satellite module to display their upcoming events by filtering on the category (as an aside, it would be nicer to filter on our custom property Teacher, which is a name|value pair like this: TeacherID|TeacherName. Then we wouldn't need to make additional categories for the teachers. But categories work okay.) But I don't see an option in the satellite module to pull the category off the query parameters. Is that possible?
Separate question: It would be nice if the calendar teacher custom property was kept in sync with the teacher system, so when you add a teacher, it automatically gets added to the custom property. Are there stored procedures I might be able to modify so they populate our teacher dropdown from our own teacher tables, rather than from your custom properties? If so, which ones should I look at?
Thanks Gary.

Alden,
We will work on the first request for you, we hope to include that in v4.0.4.
