Is it possible to modify the DropDownList ID="cboReminderTime" list in 4.0.7?

I've dug through the files, tables, stored procedures, etc and can't figure out how the list gets populated. I simply want to remove the reminders that are less than 5 days.

I find a couple posts saying it's not available as a simple option, but if it's modifiable in code, we're ok with that for this installation.

The reminder lis is hardcoded in the codes.

As in 'sourcecode'?

4. Easy to use and convenience
