This is a continuation of the forum topic under
http://www.invenmanager.com/Support/UserForum/tabid/705/aff/3/aft/4101/afv/topic/Default.aspx which was NOT resolved with an upgrade to ECR 5.0.5

We are using DNN 6.1.2 & ECR 5.0.5

The Satellite module continues to throw pages of errors - please see the attached error logs from the production site. How do I escalate this issue to get a fix for the problem? I upgraded per your instruction to ECR 5.0.5 AND I installed all of the modules for ECR 5.0.5 in the order specified and this software continues to have database handling issues.

Here is one of the errors - I have pages of this error attached.

When you logged into my website did you look at the error messages that are being reported in the event viewer?

I have sent you pages and pages from the event viewer that are error messages from your software ECR 5.0.5. You are continuing to have issues in 5.0.5 - please tell me why your software is throwing all those errors.

I am still waiting for a response to this - You module is still throwing errors. I have two other websites that need this type of functionality, but until I have confident in your module, and your support of that module, I will not move forward with your product on those sites.

Judy,

The Open Reader problem was resolved with our latest Hyper.Modules.Settings 1.0.2.

We have attached a copy of it in this reply.
