1. How do I edit an event once it has been created. I can't seem to find a way to update or change an existing event.

2. Can the satellite module be displayed to configure events as text links or only as a calendar widget? I need to be able to display the next 4 or 5 upcoming event dates with the title as text links.

1. The edit button is displayed at the List view, you can switch to the list view and will see the pencil edit button.

If you want the Edit button to be shown on calendar view, and detail view, you can add the token [EDIT] to the template, at the Settings page.

2. Yes, you can change the template for the satellite module at the view options page. You also can configure it to only display a small calendar widget, upon click of any particular date, you have the choice to link to the main calendar or to show events below.
