Is it possible to add an option to the mini-calendar so that when someone clicks on any of the days in that mini-calendar they are taken to the main larger calendar for that month rather than the specific day on the main calendar?

Thanks for your suggestion, we will add more options to let user decide how this works in the future releases. Currently it only can go to the Day view of the main calendar.
