I didn't really see this request but a nice feature would be an "open enrollment" option. I have a client that offers classes but they do not hold the classes until they are filled. The events calendar holds all of the options they like with maximum attendees, registrations, payments but they would rather not select a date/time for these specific events. We tried to set something up with a monthly occurring event but it was to confusing for the end user to see an event on the calendar but it wasn't really going to be held on that date since the date was unknown.

So my request would be to allow an event to be created with no time/date required.

A link appears on the calendar (probably makes sense on the bottom) that shows an open enrollment class is being held and the link acts just like the event links on the calendar.

The administrator could close the event at any time or the event comes down when full and the administrator is emailed.

It will not support any event that does not have a date/time.

I would suggest you create an event that span over a period of one month (if your event is going to be held in that month), so people can RSVP. when you confirm the date, just change the date.
