In our company, each conference room is "owned" by a different department. That owner needs to receive a notification e-mail whenever a booking is made. It would be very helpful if you added a field to the Manage Facilities screen called Owner E-Mail (or something), and all confirmations and cancellations are sent to that e-mail the way you send to the person who makes the booking.

Also, it would be nice if the format of the confirmation/cancellation e-mails could be customized.

We will discuss this with our team, and possible to add such features to the future release when we enhance the integration with FB module.
