I have a facility where I can split it up into multiple rooms (portable walls). Is it possible to setup sub-venues to accommodate this rental?

Examples:
rent by room 1, 2, or 3
rent rooms 1 & 2 to group A (more difficult), room 3 to group B (2nd part is simple)
rent entire facility, automatically books all 3 rooms, but shows up as single listing on the calendar
