While testing the Facility module, I noticed there was no 12pm time slot, rather it repeats 12am. For example, while viewing a facility on a given day the time slots read 10am 11am 12am 1pm..etc

However, when editing a booking time slot it does not repeat the same logic. I can screenshot if necessary.

Is there a fix or workaround for this?

I think the little image on the top of the booking time slot should be changed to 12PM.

The 12PM appears at the booking editing screen is correct. Yes, we will update this...

Is there a currently a way to have the default booking times list to the half hour instead of the hour? (8:00am - 8:30am instead of 8:00am-9:00am)

Yes, you can change that from the view options, but it is defaulted to 1 hour time interval.
