My host account seem to be able to delete all bookings. Is it possible to configure other users have certain admin rights?

HI,

host account will have ultimate access to the module... so we can't restrict that.

Maybe I was not clear.. I want to be able to grant admin rights to certain groups of users.

you can use the DNN module permission settings to allow certain group of users to be able to "Edit" the module.
