Hello, We bought this software knowing you can do the following Green box : availalbe for booking Red box : booked Yellow box: Not Available for Booking Going through the Facility Booking 2.1.2 user guide it says you can use all 3 options. But when using the settings for the module we cannot find how to use the 'Not Available for Booking' option. We also need to know how to have 'Not Available for Booking' just for one facility and not the other.(see attachment) thanks, ann

Ann, For "Not available for booking" you need to book it first. so the slots can't be booked again. Thanks.

hi, that is not the solution. so how do we change one of the facilities to the yellow box 'not available for booking'. this is what was in the demo. thanks, Ann
