Hello,

We have a client who is using the advanced articles module on their site, and they are experiencing a couple issues here:

1.) When you click on "My Articles & Approval" it only ever shows basic grid with column headers, and a row that spans all of the columns and has a "1" in it. Changing the selection in the drop down doesn't do anything and despite having a few published articles, nothing ever displays in this grid

2.) When going through the process of editing an existing article, the option to save as draft becomes disabled. It seems odd that you can't edit an article and stage the edits for approval. Is there a setting somewhere to enable this?

Hi,

1.) I am not clear on what you mean on this, do you have a screen shot?

2.) The article once it is approved, you can't set it to Draft again. unless it is before approval. Yes, I agree with you though, maybe we should enhance this workflow in the coming release.
