We are using News articles to display our future, current, and previous webcasts. I would like to use the Publish date to keep everything ordered. The problem is for future webcasts. Setting the publish date for a month from now, won't allow the article to be visible. Is there anyway to changes this? It would also be ideal to have a way for the satellite viewer to be able to have a way to only display future webcasts. Here is a link to our site if that helps. http://peopleclickauthoria.com/Research/Webcasts.aspx Thanks Marco

Yes, you are right, if the Publish date is one month from now. The module consider it not yet published, so it will not show. It is a good suggestion. However, I think maybe a better fit for your website is the Events Calendar module, in which you can schedule web cast on different date, and then display it using the Satellite module to show future web casts. We also have events calendar but the issue I had with that is I couldn't get it to display all events in list view. it would only show events in the current month or the future. The user would have to manually change the calendar month to see previous months webcasts. Did I not have it configured correctly? |

For example on this page (http://peopleclickauthoria.com/Research/webcastevents.aspx) you would only see a June event if you changed the month in the toolbar. In view options --> List view to show events: the only choices are Show events from current month selected or Future events. There is no show all, is there a work around for this? Thanks for your help. |
