Hello, I have the modulo installad on a website , it worked for a few months and now it says that it is a trial version! But I'm unable to active it, since it says that the licence was already activated! Hi Guys, You need to re-activate the license if it is not already activated. Please follow the instructions you can find at the License page, and it also show you how you can get help if you have any problems. Hint: without the actual license code, we are not able to help you at this forum.

Let me try to explain again, Ive pruchased the licence and activated it succesfuly at the time, currently the module says that it is not licenced and has to activated. Already tried to re-active the licence with no success. Please provide necessary actions to reactive it thanks |

Hi Henrique, The license once activated, it works forever on the same DNN install, it means on the same server, same IP address, same folder structure and so on. If any of them is changed for your DNN install, the license will deactiate. If you continue to have the problem, please send the following to support @ invenmanager.com: 1. DNN version: 2. Hi there! it happens now on 2 DNN sites ... same problem on both, some times it works, sometimes it says it's not activated!!! already send previously information about one of the sites: www.cmp.cv any suggestion? should you need access to the site to solve this please let me know!

HI, it has 2 IP addresses , both private (its beyound a firewall with NAT redirection) public ip is 212.13.37.217 private are 10.0.0.2 and 192.168.1.10 (NAT on this one)

licence codes are associated to web@kamae.pt both IP's are internal, your saying that website can only be associated with one ip ? So if I remove that from IIS that should solve the issue?

Yes, the license should only be activated on one IP address. You can keep the multiple IP address. But you should only access the module from the IP where it is being activated. There is no problem to view the module from any IP address, only when you Edit the article the license is checked. |
