Is it possible to upgrade Content Manager 3.0 to a version compatible with DNN 4.9.5? If so, what are the steps/requirements to do so?

Yes, you can get Content Manager 4.2 and install it over your existing installation.

But you need DNN 4.7 and above. so do it after you upgrade to DNN 4.9.

Next question - We're not sure who originally purchased the software for the company. Is there a way to find a license or registration number on our site for CM3 and get that to you so we can get the log in information associated to that registration and download CM3 ?
