Hi there, We are currently having a couple of issues... We get multiple notification (approval notification) emails for the same content. I know this is because we have content waiting to be approved/published, but I'm confused as to why we get multiple copies of it (I'm talking at least 20 per day per content). Also it seems to start sending reminder emails straight away although I've set the 'reminder days' to 3. And because there are so many emails in our inbox, it is confusing for the Approvers and they miss pages; and the above cycle continues. 1. What could be causing multiple emails? 2. Is it possible to turn off Notification Emails in Content Manager? Thanks, Jen :) |

1. Please check at Host >> Schedule, do you have multiple Content Manager Email configured? 2. For approval emails, it will send anyway. But for email notification email upon content publishing, and so on, yes, you can choose not to send it and remove the roles under email notification settings. |

Thanks for that, I've looked in Host > Schedule. In the history, there is this: ===== Start sending content expiry reminder End sending content expiry reminder Start sending content publish reminder End sending content publish reminder Start sending content approval reminder SendApprovalReminder: ModuleID=1866 ContentID=1078 Total Emails Sent: 5 SendApprovalReminder: ModuleID=1893 ContentID=1083 Total Emails Sent: 5 SendApprovalReminder: ModuleID=2342 ContentID=1077 Total Emails Sent: 5 End sending content approval reminder Send Email Notification completed. ===== Looking back through the entire history, every time it says 'Total Emails Sent: 5' - this doesn't seem to correlate with the number of users in the appropriate notification roles. Are you able to explain what this means? Also, I notice that this schedule can be disabled - would it cause any problems if I were to disable it? And I'm guessing this would affect all portals?
