I got a message stating my product is a test version, while I paid for the product. I try to activate my license and I got a message: Your license was already activated. We can not activate it again. Why? Could you look into this for me? Thanks

The license once it is activated, it works forever.

Your license is deactivated because you changed something to your DNN install, such as IP address, changes server and so on.
