1. Version of DNN (DotnetNuke), for example: DNN 4.7, 4.8, 4.9, 5.x?
2. Version of the module used, for example: Event Calendar & Registration 2.4.2.
3. .NET Framework, for example: .NET 2.0
4. Your website URL, for example: www.dnnwebsite.com
5. If possible, please create a host or admin account for our technical support to check out from your site.
IMPORTANT: When you create user account for us, please set an expiry date for this account, or remove this account immediately after the case being resolved.
