I have version 2.5 of the event calendar. It is working great, but I have a question about the excel export. I know I can export one event at a time. Is there a way to create a master spreadsheet/export with all 5 of the events I have in a week? I have a different event each day of the week. They are all the same, but I want to make a spreadsheet of all 5 days, not just one day at a time. Is this possible??

Just go to the Maintenance page, you can export it.

I have another question reguarding this. How can I get one excel export of all the people who have registered for events at different times?? The spreadsheet in maintainance only shows the events themselves, but not the people who have registered. I know I can get an excel file for each individual event in the registration manager, but is it possible to get one spreadsheet with all participants for all the different events??

I just wanted to add that we have version 2.5 Looking on your site, it looks like your new version (3.1) can export all registered users for different events. Am I correct?? Is there a way to do it in 2.5??

Yes, you are right. v3.1 can do that... I would suggest you to upgrade if that's possible for you.

I think my boss is going to purchase 3.1. She asked me to check with you about 2 things. First, the export will be one spreadsheet of all the registered users for all the different events? Correct. Second, does 3.1 allow you to delete/change the fax,company, and comments fields in the registration page??

Yes, you can change fax, company and those info in v3.1

1. yes, in one spreadsheet for all events
2. you can just upgrade v2.5 to v3.1.

I would suggest you get a copy of v3.1 to test it on your website first before you upgrade.
