I created an event with a maximum limit of attendees of 3. I logged in as a test user and register for the event and added 3 more people to the event. It did not refuse to register the 4th user and the Registration Manager shows the full amount collected.

Is this a bug?

Did you login as user with Edit permission?

If so, no limit for users with Admin or Edit permission to the module because it should allow Admin users add more attendees if need to do so.

I logged in as a plain user. I repeated the test creating a new event. Then I logged out and logged in as plain user. The new event had max of 3 attendees and I was able to register 5 total.

Okay, unless you are adding multiple attendees at one go.

If the event is fully registered, once you click on Register button, you will not be able to register.

But if you add many attendees at once before the max is registered, you still can submit the registration. This should be considered as a bug rather than business flow. We should fix this in the next update.

Currently if any users register this way, you need to contact them to further process the registration.
