Several questions...

Can I add registration options with an associated fee?
Can a section(s) of the registration form be titled?
Does the registrant automatically become a member of the site?
Can I add registration options with dropdown options?
Can I add registration options with boolean (checkbox/radio) options?

I'm asking this because I need to add the following section to the registration form:

<h1>Golf Registration</h1>
Register yourself? [ ]Yes [ ]No;
Your handicap: [textbox];
Your shoe size: [Dropdown of shoe sizes];

Forgot to mention...
If the registrant answers "Yes" to the golf field "Register yourself?" then there would be an additional fee added to the event price. The "Golf Registration" is a sub-section of the registration form.

Can I add registration options with an associated fee? Not for v3.1, it will be available in next release.
Can a section(s) of the registration form be titled? No. But you can add Header, footer to the reg form.
Does the registrant automatically become a member of the site? In v3.1, you can assign a role to the user once they are registered. In next release, we will add an option to include them as a new member of the site.
Can I add registration options with dropdown options? Yes. You can use Custom Properties.
