I have a site with the events calendar license activated - I double, triple, and quadruple checked. I can add an event, yet my users get a "this is a trial license" error when THEY try to add an event?!

Dawn, are you having multiple IP address for your portal, where you and your users are seeing different IP addresses?

Matthew, yours is a different issue and I hope it is already resolved now.

Hi - yes, we have multiple IP addresses for our portals. I also got an email from support with these suggestions...
1. Do you have multiple IP address on the portal? Maybe your client is viewing as a different IP address as yours?
2. Can you see a invenmanager.ecr.lic file written in your bin folder? Try remove that file, and activate it again. Sometimes website having problem replacing the files.
3. If #2 does not solve your problem, send me the encrypted server data, I will generate a lic file manually for you to place it in bin folder.
I am trying those now.

I tried #2 and it still says the same error and the UPDATE link on the edit page is grayed out.

Are you able to view the web portal with the same IP address, and then activate the module?

I am not sure I understand your question. I went to the site and activated the module (more than one time for good measure) and the users STILL gets the error.

Dawn,

What I mean is: Are you and your users are seeing different IP addresses?

Sometimes, you see internal IP, they see external IP, something like that.
In this case, it will not work.

We are all using the same URL. There is only one IP address.

Dawn,

I assume you are having 2 IP address based on your email?
I have already sent the update for you, and hope that works for you.

The file was too large to go through my work mail server. Please resend by sending it to my personal email which I emailed to you in response...
Thanks!
