Hi, is it possible to add/show a "Close" or "X" link within the tool tip? At the moment the only way to close a tool tip is to click anywhere outside of it.

Thank you!

sorry for the late reply, the benefit for an (x) or (close) button is a usability enhancement, currently the user has to click away from the tool tip to close it, when they should be clicking on it to close it?. Light box galleries use the same process of having a (close) or (x) to close the window.

Yes, we need this feature as well as it's not intuitive for the user at all to have the balloon display and just sit there. Internet users with this feature are used to either 1) when you hover it appears and when you move your mouse away it is no longer visible 2)there's an x or the word close somewhere in the balloon so they know immediately how to remove it from view. The BeautyTips demo page (http://www.lullabot.com/files/bt/bt-latest/DEMO/index.html) shows an example with Google Maps. What do we need to do get that functionality in this application? We are really struggling with this limitation as we begin to implement for the first time. Thanks Kris
