For some reason I continue to have some major issues. I originally had to install this multiple times because I wasn't able to post an event. It finally installed and I got a success message. Now I've having the following issues. I'm on DNN 5.1.1 and the main page I'm using this on is www.thequantumleap.com/events 1) when I click on go to today on the calendar, nothing happens. 2) I've added the flash player to the home page (must be logged in as admin to see) but the image I've selected doesn't appear, and the word 'detail' you can't see, even though I have white checked for the color. 3) I've added a satellite module just below the flash player on the home page, but it does appear to pull in any of the events or even show up, even though I've checked to link it to my only calendar. help! - thanks :) |

Does the module take a long time to load usually. I think all of my errors are that I first try to install the module and get a run time error 1/2 way through. When I try to install it a second time, it finishes quickly but obviously doesn't copy over the files over or something. I am having my hosting company look into on Thursday. |

I was getting a server time out error which has now been fixed. I completely uninstalled all the modules, reinstalled custom properties which installed fine, but now when I try to install the main module I get the following errors. My brother Chad Nash of Data Springs thinks that "perhaps the uninstall script is not deleting all of their tables because when you uninstalled it those tables still existed and that is why you are getting that error." I deleted all of the modules however before re-installing.

Scott, The uninstall scripts is correct, the problem is when the module was not installed completely, the Uninstall scripts was not executed during uninstall. And the installation scripts assume that there is no such table exists. (We have already modified the code to cater for such scenario). What we advice users is to uninstall first, and then manually check and remove all tables with name "EventsCalendar", then do a clean install. Hope that works for you...

where would one find those tables? When I un-installed it, I made sure the events calendar module folder wasn't there before I did the re-install. |

Hi, I'm at a complete loss on what do, as I need to get past this install hurdle since we have some upcoming events that I need people to register for. I've tried un-installing it and reinstalling it four times now. I did a search for calendarevents tables but now sure where they would be stored. I've remote desktop'ed in and made sure no file folders exist for the module before each re-install attempt. I'm not sure if where it would store table information somewhere else. I get the same failure error above no matter what I do. Normally I don't offer host access to anyone but if you provide an email address I can email you that info or fell free to give me a call. Thank you! Scott Nash, 303-656-7963, scott (at) tallzebra .com |

Scott, I am very sorry but I still did not receive it. can you send to both gary @ invenmanager.com and also, support @ invenmanager.com again? (Without space between the email address) Usually we don't have such problem, it may be blocked by our junk mail filter provided by our mail service. |
