I have a satellite module displayed on all pages. When I add a new page the module will be added automatically, but the module options are wrong (probably the default settings). For example it uses the default template instead of mine.

It works if I remove the "display module on all pages" first and add it again.

Is this a bug?

It is not a bug, because you set the module to be displayed on every page.

For the templates, each module instance use it's own template, so each time you add a page, the new module instance will use the default settings.

All you need to do is to save your settings, and go to View Options, load your settings, and save it.
