I was wondering if you could support courses as events. This would be just like a recurring event execpt by registering to one instance you become registered to all instances until the time you decide to cancel.

Also it would be nice to see an option in the event list views to aggrgate course items instead of having an list item for every day the course occurs.

Thank you for your consideration

Mark,

We can have options to show recurring events only once. So you can decide how it is displayed.

Thanks.

so you are saying that what I suggested can already be done? I will have to look deeper into the settings I guess.

Great. but just to confirm, on the main calendar view show all instances but on the list view show *option; only once or show all

That would make this a pretty effective module for venue which offer courses as well.

Hi,

Im just wondering. I know in the latest release 3.1 that the event list module now aggregates reoccuring events but I have not noticed the other part of my request which was to register the user to all event instances when registering to a reoccuring event. Did this get into 3.1 and I just havent found it? or will this be in the next one?

Mark,

It does not support this feature yet... but this feature is a little unique, and we need to study more on this before we can make a decision if we need to include that.
