Let me suggest a couple of features I would change in the Event Registration and Payment:

I would modify ADDITIONAL FEES to accept a percentage. This would make it ideal to add the 5% GST Tax we need to charge in Canada.

When creating a new event that is not free, I have to define the REGISTRATION OPTIONS (Public, member, etc) and the PRICE for every new event. I think the EVENT REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT section would be a much better place to centrally define the Registration Options and price for events.

For the 5% GST I think you can include that in the total price, and in your description, you can mention that price also include 5% GST. could that work for you?
