We have been using this module to book various internal resources like conference rooms for a few years. It works great but lately we have started to use it to book virtual meeting space and have run into a small problem. With a real conference room we have always used the rule that the time zone where the conference room is located is what counts. This rule does not work with virtual meetings as there is no real time zone.
There is a Time Zone parameter that can be set in the DNN profile but it does not seem to be taken into account (at least not on version 02.00.06 of this module). For it to work I guess the module would first have to look at the Portal Time Zone, then look at the Users Time Zone from the profile. After that display available resources accordingly. Example:
Portal Time Zone UTC +1 AND User Time Zone UTC +1 = module shows actual times
but if
Portal Time Zone UTC +1 AND User Time Zone UTC +2 = module shows actual times -1 hours
Is this something that you could look into developing?
