send cancellation email does not work

Confirmation email seems to be allright but when i cancel a booking there is just no email sent out, dispite me having checked the "Send Cancellation email" in Options. Additionally i cant seem to choose "send cancellation email" without also having "send confirmation email". It just will not commit my changes when i choose them in Options

Did you provide the Cancellation email template as well at the View options?

I cant seem to find anything but options

in there i can set the following settings

allow back date booking
bookable hours
allow half hour booking
display equipments
audit email
send confirmation email
confirmation email subject
confirmation email message
send cancellationemail
cancellation email subject
cancellation email message

as stated earlier i receive messages when i make the booking but not when i delete it

Sorry I mistake it as another module.

The cancellation emails will be sent to only those users who are assigned to access that facility. Can you check who are able to book that facility?

registered users can book (I tried both checking and unchecking the "All users can view this facility" too) :-(

Yes, all users you assigned to view and book that facility can book that facility...
