...that is our situation. In our organisation the decision was made, that everyone should be able to make a reservation for a meetingroom and our secretary should get an overview and should be able to cancel a reservation in case. All the others would only be able to cancel their own bookings. Apparently this is a bit of a problem for us. However the biggest problem we face comes from the verifications mails. Right now, if one of our employees makes a reservation, everyone will get a verification mail, and if that employee cancels the booking, everyone wil receive a cancellation mail. So I would like to know, if there is a way around this, so that perhaps only the one who makes the booking will receive the aforementioned mails? |

Hi, you have a few issues here, it is always advisable to give them a number. 1. Every one can book, currently the module allows everyone who login to the portal to be able to book. 2. for cancellation emails, you can remove it from the View Options page. please try that. |

Thank you for your reply. Currently we are using Facility Booking as described, so that everyone can make the booking. However the problem with everyone getting the verification emails remains. I understand that this makes sense, if there are only a small number of people who have to coordinate resources.On the other hand we have around 120 employees who will access this feature and this will generate a lot of emails :-) Right now I'm discussing the problem with my collegues to temporarily disable the email feature. So I would like to turn this into a feature-request- only the specified audit mail and the one who makes the actual booking should receive those verification emails. Do you want me to make an additional post of this in the feature-request forum, or will this be sufficient? thank you very much |

No, I don't get emails, after I turned off email notification. On the other hand, I tried changing the audit email address, but when notification emails are beeing sent, they still carry the original ( in this case my) email address. |
