facility booking only available when logged in as host

for some reason I can only see, edit & book if logged in as host. Anything else including admin just see a blank module?

Go to Manage Categories, and check your permission set for each categories.

I don't see any menu choices that say "manage categories". Are you referring to the module definition with the control options?

Sorry, can you check the Permission set for each Facility?

If I set the permission to everyone can view then I can see the room as anonymous but the moment I logon as admin, it goes back to being a blank container.
