1. When i log in as superuser(admin) and do Add Article, for Picture field i can see the link "Upload New File". Now if i log in as "Registered User" and do Add Article, for Picture field i dont see that link to "Upload new File". Why so?

Does your Module allow Registered user to Upload Picture for individual Articles ?

This is because of your file security settings.

Go to Admin >> File Manager, and you can assign which folder to Register users to access, if you want them to upload files, you must give Write permission to that folder.
