Hi,

I've just created a new article with a publish date of next monday. I've also selected notifications to be send to several groups of users. As soon as I selected "Publish" the notification mail was sent out.

I would expect that the notification mail would be sent at the same time the article would be published (visible to the end user), so not before next monday. Now I have user with an email in their inbox that an new article is published on the site, while the article is not yet visible.

Currently it works this way.

It may not be logical, what we can improve is to set a schedule, you can set a time interval before the publish time to allow the email to be sent.

we will add such feature for the next update.
