Hi!

I use dnn 5.2.3 and Advanced Articles 4.9.2 and Advanced Articles Satelite 4.9.0 (?)
I will show expired articles "Filter by Year" with Advanced Articles Satelite.
Generally it works fine, but the Header is sorted "2007 2004 2009 2006 2008 2005".

How can I correct this?

Kind regards,
Erich

Erich,

Sorry, this is a known bug that needs to be fixed. :)

I'm currently evaluating this module for a new project. I've run into what I assume is the same problem (I had filter by month not filter by year, but the issue is the same - the months do not display in date order but (it seems) based on the order in which the articles were created - presumably there's a requested sorted by creation date or some sort of ID instead of published date?) Since I'm evaluating this against other similar modules, I'm using the evaluation version (the original poster listed "Advanced Articles 4.9.2 and Advanced Articles Satelite 4.9.0" as version number - I have versions 4.2.9 and 4.2.0 - was it a typo in the original post or is the evaluation version out of date - I downloaded it today?) DNN 05.04.04.

Any news on when this will be fixed? Known bugs without a fix in sight can impact on which module I choose to use.. :)

Also, how can one style/template the section with the links/buttons for each month? And can one customise the date display format in those links?

Hi, Adam,

the problem has been fixed already.

Yes, the styles are using CSS class, so you are free to change the css in the Module.css. The date format will be following your portal locale. :)

Umm...which version has the problem been fixed in? I'm using the latest version as far as I'm aware (downloaded on Friday from your site - version number in original post) and I'm still seeing the problem. Do you mean it will be fixed in the next release? (and if so, when is that scheduled for?)

OK. Great. if I buy the module now will I get that release when it comes out under the same license (i.e. without needing to pay again)?
